Nation-wide service, parts and advice

With fully trained technicians throughout Australia, an Atherton service technician is available to assist you 24/7. In major capital cities, they’ll be there within 4 hours of your call. And because we’re Australian owned and operated, all spare parts for the products we manufacture are available, right here, in Australia.

Quality accreditation

Our commitment to quality has earned us the International Quality Management System accreditation AS/NZS ISO9001. This covers each stage of our process from design and manufacturing right through to servicing. For your accreditation, all service work is carried out with the AS/NZS 4187 code of practice.

Remote access monitoring

Remote access allows Atherton to continually monitor your equipment to ensure optimum performance and maintain uptime by identifying any issues early and applying a preventative approach to maintenance. Accurate, real-time machine information is sent directly to our expert team where we determine the best course of action to quickly addressing any service or maintenance needs.

Equipment Validation

Our ISO and Australian Standards compliant equipment testing and validation take the stress out of equipment validation so you can get on with what you do best.

Atherton can manage the complete process: from water quality, steam quality and purity testing, through to final processing in your steam sterlizers, plasma sterilizers, washer disinfectors, ultrasonic cleaners, drying cabinets, endoscope storage cabinets and heat sealers.

And our testing isn’t limited to Atherton equipment.

We can help you validate any equipment, of any make or model. When we’re done, we’ll provide you with a compliant validation report. Easy as that.
