Our commitment to quality has earned us accreditation by NATA to AS/NZS ISO9001.  This quality assurance covers each stage of our process from design and manufacturing through to servicing.  For your accreditation, all service work is carried out in accordance with the code of practice, AS4187.1998.

Confirming our commitment to quality service, all of our Technicians operate from fully equipped vehicles on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We constantly monitor response time to emergency call outs to ensure you receive the best service possible.

PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE PLANS OFFER A FULL RANGE OF BENEFITS:

• The Prime Plan - This first-year plan complements the warranty but doesn’t duplicate it, offering protection from day one. Coverage comprises quarterly programmed maintenance inspections during the first year. Inspections include calibration and adjustments to ensure smooth equipment operation and standards compliance.
• The Endorsed Plan builds on the features of the Prime Plan, extending first year maintenance protection through years 2 - 10. It includes the same programmed maintenance parts and labor coverage as the Prime Plan and includes corrective maintenance parts and labor. The Endorsed Plan caps parts and labor costs, providing for predictable budgeting. Quarterly inspections include calibration, adjustments and equipment tests necessary to maintain smooth equipment operation and standards compliance.
• The Support Plan is designed for facilities that have first response maintenance teams in-house who need programmed maintenance with corrective maintenance backup and support, but do not require the comprehensive support of a full service parts and labor plan. Programmed maintenance labor costs are fixed. We provide the experienced labor and documentation required for standards compliance. The plan also includes provisions for back-up support to the facility’s maintenance team at a preferred rate.
• Emergency Response Atherton has over 40 highly trained personnel around Australia ready to help service your equipment. Our fast service dispatch can have a technician on the phone with you within 30 minutes or on site within 4 hours in most locations. Our technical support is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ADVANTAGES OF A PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE PLAN:

• Remote Web Access is available free of charge when you have either a Prime or Endorsed contract.  Current equipment has the ability to be diagnosed remotely via a secure internet connection to the unit.  This remote access is designed to reduce downtime or eliminate the need for a service call.
• Predictable Budgeting with "no surprises" billing (Fixed price for Prime and Endorsed Plans. The Select Plan fixes PM labor costs to help you plan long-term budgeting.)
• Significant Cost Savings on both parts and labor.
• Service Call Documentation for proof of compliance to all in-house, regulatory, and standards requirements.
• Guaranteed Fast Response Technician support on the phone with you within 30 minutes or on site within 4 hours in most locations.
• Compliance to Australian Standard AS4187.1998.
• Validation/Calibration is necessary for maintaining your equipment's accuracy and safety. Our validation and calibration services utilize instruments that meet the AS4187 Standards. We offer support to in-house maintenance teams that do not have calibration capabilities. Atherton service technicians will calibrate your equipment and provide you with the documentation you need to be in compliance with AS4187.
