The Atherton Tangent Gorilla Series Sterilizer has all the power to peel away the challenges of modern CSSD and TSSU departments and other applications that have big workloads. So you don't get lost in the jungle there are factory programmed pre vacuum and gravity cycles to choose from to get you away to a leaping start, or you can program and save your own cycles in the favourite cycle section. A PIN security system keeps the cage locked from unauthorised keepers making changes . It lets you rule the jungle in a flexible way.

The Gorilla is available in single and pass through configuration for both built-in and cabinet models.

The Gorilla can swing into the day before you can even swing out of bed. Through the full colour touch screen, the advanced micro processor based control system can be operator programmed to run a warm up cycle while you have your wake coffee. On the other hand, you can go home early and the Gorilla will keep on beating its chest until the time you program him to climb into bed!

But wait there's more! Want to keep in touch with your Gorilla while you are away from the camp. No problem. No need for beating jungle drums either. If you can connect to the internet, you can connect to your Gorilla and see how he is going. Go deeper into the jungle and you can even email to your friends in the record department the cycle reports and bar code data from the sterilizer automatically.

Because life is hard in the jungle, your Gorilla built to survive. The chamber, chamber jacket and door are all made from 316L stainless steel. The chamber support stand is from stainless steel as well. Even the vacuum pump is a combination of stainless steel and teflon coated cast iron to ensure a long life.

Want to open or close the door (you can have two of then if you want, one each end) to the 725Lt (660mm X 900mm X 1300mm) chamber. Tap the door icon on the touch screen and the door silently glides to your command. If anything gets in the way as the door slides across the chamber opening the door immediately reverses and slides back into the jungle.

If the jungle is not steamy enough for you, we can fix that too! A steam generator (made from 316L stainless steel of course) can be supplied built into the unit. All automatic of course, turn the sterilizer on and on comes the generator as well.

No need to hack through the jungle for service access either. The colour toned, heat resistant thermoplastic alloy front panel is hinged to allow all service access from the front. No more plant room access problems and unit is the most compact of its class.
